MELT stands for Myofascial Energetic Length Technique. Performing a series of distinctive, localized motions on areas like the neck, lower back, hands and feet using a foam roller and mini rubber balls, you nourish dehydrated joint and muscle tissues and reinforce the nervous system’s rest and repair response.

We chose to incorporate MELT method because of its amazing transformative effects. It encourages a long-term self care regimen by giving our clients something they can easily do at home.

Anyone, including pregnant women, seniors, people with injuries and athletes, can use the MELT method.

How We MELT

MELT is one of many techniques utilized in our pilates training sessions. Each private session is crafted individually to meet both daily needs and overall fitness goals. MELT may be used in some or all of your session.
