Mat Class*
Our Pilates mat class can be appropriate for beginners (after an initial evaluation by our teachers) and yet challenging enough for the seasoned Pilates student. Each class requires one to perform various exercises with a limited number of repetitions while making a smooth transition from one move into the next. The carefully performed movements stretch and strengthen, working deeper muscles to produce a leaner look and improved posture. The routine is technically not aerobic, but with practice, you can flow right from one exercise to the next. Our teachers offer guidance and modification during the 55 minute class and with only 8 students personal attention is always given.

Foam Roller Class*
Our foam roller class is a 55 minute class using a full round foam roller on the mat. The class will consist of the same goals as any Pilates class at Moxie, mainly strength, alignment, and precise movement to full develop the uniform body, all using the added tool of a foam roller. The class is limited to 4 participants at a time.
*If you have never attended a mat class at Moving Moxie before, you must first complete our Focus private session. This half-hour class is intended to introduce basic Pilates strength, form and alignment to all of our students and to ensure that all of your health goals and concerns are addressed.
